Is absolute Electronics Ltd. a scam?? Yes! Most certainly!

Is Absolute Electronics Ltd. a scam? Here's your answer.

I've been scammed by some Aleks Santiago who said he's a salesperson with Absolute electronics Ltd.131 Feltham Rd, Ashford TW15 1AB, UK. I'm attaching his ID proof and other documents to rest my case. Besides, I'm not sure if Absolute electronics ltd.is for real, can very well be a fraudulent/made-up enterprise, so tread that space at your own risk. I know I've been scammed, ripped me off my hard earned money. Don't want anyone else to go through this ordeal that I've been going through the last fifteen days.

Well, this so-called Aleks guy (+971556073714) contacted me via Olx.com. Then he whats-app'ed me, got me interested in an real bargain for a Canon DSLR that I was meaning to buy me for quite a long time. The offer was interesting and the guy really talked me into it, informing me about the "mint condition" of the product along with the standard "30 days return policy." He also gave me in writing that there won't be "No Custom Issues", and he'll take care of everything. Eventually, I convinced myself to go for the deal even though all my logic was resisting to fall for the deal.

I was supposed to pay 20%  (300 USD) of the principal amount to cover for the shipping charges and what not. After receiving the cash, Aleks generated a invoice (a fake one ofcourse) and told me that he couldn't send me my product via DHL, for the charges would double up if he were to use DHL as his carrier. So, he opted for "Traceworld Logistics", which is another scamming logistics website. I then immediately read all the reviews associated to Traceworld Logistics and I wasn't willing to opt for it. I had then asked him to use FedX instead, but he would't comply. He then assured me of my delivery and sent me a shipping copy of a previous shipment that he had sent via traceworld as an evidence against all my doubts. He then shipped the package, provided me with a tracking number.

I kept on tracking the product, did a little bit of research on the company and all those documents that's been provided by Aleks. The more I researched, the more I got upset, and I knew I was not suppose to trust that guy, and this entire deal has been a huge mistake. I texted Aleks about all these information that I had come across over the net regarding Traceworld logistics and Absolute Electronics Ltd. But Aleks went all quiet on me, didn't answer me anything for an entire day. He then texted me back the next day, asking me not to trust what I read on the web, requesting me to not think of him as a scammer, and assured me of my delivery. By then I had no option but to trust this guy.

A day or two later, he left me a text claiming utter urgency. He wrote me that my package has been kept on hold by the customs at Multan, Pakistan and I need to pay him another 200 USD  in order to deal with the customs, or else I won't get my product. This was when it all came to me, and all the stories that I had read about these scams turned onto me. Aleks was repeating the same story with me. It was then when I knew it for certain that this guy is a  cheat/scammer.

Till today, I haven't received my product, I've confirmed his IDs and other documents to be fake from a nearby police station. For now, I'm sueing the account holder to whom I had sent my advance payment. The account holder is an accomplice of Aleks's.

So, beware of these frauds! Don't fall for the unreal offers! Don't buy from Absolute Electronics or whatever or whoever without confirming the entity at hand.
